TLC Reading Course Level 2 is designed to help beginning readers build strong reading fluency with confidence. Ideal for learners with a Reading Level (RL) of 2.0 or a Lexile range of 290–390L, this course provides structured, evidence-based practice grounded in the Science of Reading.
